Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. For eligible quantities, secure PayPal checkout charges the selected published unit-price tier plus the displayed setup charge. Published unit prices include shipping; import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply separately. Submitting for manual review does not charge a payment method.

Order and artwork confirmation

Payment secures the submitted order details, but production begins only after Titz Promos confirms availability and the customer approves the final artwork proof. Any requested change to product, quantity, decoration, packaging or delivery may require a revised price or schedule before production.

Cancellations and refunds

Before artwork approval and production begins, the customer may request cancellation and a refund. If the cancellation or refund is caused by the customer, the refund may be reduced only by the actual PayPal processing fee that PayPal does not return to us, and only where permitted by applicable law. No fixed or additional penalty is added.

After artwork approval and production begins, customized products generally cannot be cancelled or returned. If we supply defective products, the wrong products, or decoration that materially differs from the approved artwork, contact us within seven calendar days after delivery with the order number, affected quantity and clear photos or video. Do not return goods without our written instructions. After verification, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund, and the customer will not bear the PayPal processing fee. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; PayPal or the customer's financial institution may require additional posting time.

Product information

Colors and appearance may vary by screen and production batch. The approved artwork proof and confirmed project details govern production.

Intellectual property

You are responsible for confirming that artwork and trademarks supplied for decoration may legally be used.
