Privacy policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

We collect the contact, order, delivery and project information you submit so we can respond, prepare pricing and provide requested services. We do not sell this information.

Information we receive

This may include your name, work email, company, phone number, delivery address, requested products, project details, logo or artwork files, and product reviews. Uploaded files and order records are stored securely for order review and fulfillment.

PayPal payments

If you choose PayPal, we share the order amount and the contact and delivery information needed to process and verify the payment with PayPal. PayPal handles your PayPal account or card details under its own privacy policy; Titz Promos does not receive or store those payment credentials.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic, product-page activity and actions such as quote, order and contact interactions. Analytics is disabled until you select “Allow analytics.” We do not send form entries, contact details, delivery addresses or uploaded files to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. You can change your choice at any time using “Analytics choices” in the website footer. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Verified customer reviews

When you submit a product review, we use your website order number and order email only to verify that the order included the reviewed product. Reviews are moderated before publication. Your order number and email are never displayed with a published review.

How we use it

We use submitted information to communicate with you, prepare quotes and artwork, process and verify payments, coordinate production and delivery, verify and moderate reviews, prevent misuse, and improve our service and website.
