Production & delivery

Made, printed and shipped from China.

All products are decorated and printed in China. Published unit prices include shipping. We select sea freight, air freight or international express according to your destination, quantity and required delivery date.

1. Quote and product confirmation

We confirm the item, quantity, colors, decoration method, logo colors, distinct imprint sizes and setup charge, delivery destination and target schedule before an order proceeds.

2. Artwork approval

A digital mockup is prepared for review. Production begins only after pricing and artwork are approved.

3. Production and quality checks in China

Production timing varies by product, quantity and decoration. Completed products are checked against the approved project details before shipment from China.

4. Delivery method matched to your deadline

Estimated transit after production is 3–6 days by international express, 8–10 days by air freight or 18–23 days by sea freight. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates and may vary by destination, customs and carrier conditions. Duties and taxes, where applicable, are confirmed separately.
