Can products be customized with our logo?

Yes. Decoration options vary by product and may include screen printing, laser engraving, hot stamping or full-color printing. All decoration and printing are completed in China.

What is the minimum order?

Minimum quantities are shown on each product page. Contact us if your required quantity is different.

Can I see a mockup before ordering?

Yes. We can prepare a digital artwork mockup before production.

What do the published prices include?

Published unit prices include shipping. Setup is $30 per logo color and per distinct imprint size for the whole order; same-size repeat locations do not add another setup charge. Duties, taxes and special decoration requirements are confirmed before production.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated transit after production is 3–6 days by international express, 8–10 days by air freight or 18–23 days by sea freight. Timing may vary by destination, customs and carrier conditions.

Where do orders ship from?

All orders ship from China. We select sea freight, air freight or international express according to the quantity, destination and required delivery date.

Where do you deliver?

We serve projects in the United States, Canada, Mexico and China.

How do I get an exact price?

Send the item number, quantity, destination, deadline and artwork through our quote form. We confirm the selected price tier and setup charge based on logo colors and distinct imprint sizes, delivery method and any special decoration requirements.
