Payment & refund terms

Clear totals before production.

Secure PayPal checkout charges the applicable published unit-price tier plus the displayed setup charge in U.S. dollars. Published unit prices include shipping. Setup is $30 per logo color and per distinct imprint size for the whole order; repeating the same logo at the same size in another location does not add another setup charge. Customers may instead submit the order details for manual review without payment.

Artwork approval and production

Payment does not replace artwork approval. We confirm product availability and prepare a final artwork proof. Production begins only after the customer approves that proof. Requested changes may affect price and schedule.

Shipping, duties and taxes

Shipping is included in the published unit price. Import duties, taxes and customs charges depend on the destination and may apply separately.

Customer-caused cancellation or refund

Before artwork approval and production begins, a customer may request cancellation and a refund. When the cancellation or refund is caused by the customer, the refund may be reduced only by the actual PayPal processing fee that PayPal does not return to us, and only where permitted by applicable law. We do not add a fixed or extra cancellation penalty.

Customized products after production begins

After artwork approval and production begins, customized products generally cannot be cancelled or returned for buyer's remorse, changed requirements or customer-supplied artwork errors.

Defects, wrong products or decoration errors

If we supply defective products, the wrong products, or decoration that materially differs from the approved artwork, contact us within seven calendar days after delivery. Include the order number, affected quantity and clear photos or video. Do not return goods without written instructions. After verification, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund. The customer does not bear the PayPal processing fee for our error. If a return is required, we will provide instructions and cover reasonable authorized return shipping.

Refund timing and method

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. PayPal or the customer's financial institution may require additional time to post the credit. Contact info@titzpromos.com or use the website WhatsApp button to start a request.
